Ms. Lei (Olivia) Wang
Director, Chairwoman and CEO
Lei (Olivia) Wang has been the Chief Executive Officer of Guardforce AI since June 2019 and Chairwoman of the Board of Guardforce AI since August 2022. She has also been the Vice Chairwoman of the Board of China Security Co., Ltd (A-Share Stock Code of PRC: SH600654) since December 2017 and Director since May 2017 till July 2023. She brings more than 18 years of capital markets and security industry experience. Ms. Wang graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
YUTING (CATHERINE) ZUO
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Zuo has over a decade of experience in corporate finance, accounting, SEC reporting, and working with U.S.-listed companies. Ms. Zuo has served in a financial reporting and investment position, directly reporting to the CEO and CFO of Aurora Mobile Limited (Nasdaq: JG), a leading mobile big data solutions company in China. In this role, she oversaw financial reporting and accounting operations, investor relations, and led merger and acquisition activities. Previously, she was the corporate accounting manager at Farmers Business Network, a farmer-to-farmer network and e-commerce platform, based in California. Prior to that, Ms. Zuo served as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernest&Young in the U.S. Ms. Zuo holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Richmond and also completed an undergraduate program in Finance at the University of Hong Kong in 2013. She is a certified public accountant.
KELVIN CHU
Managing Director, Guardforce Cash Solutions Security (Thailand) Limited
Kelvin Chu serves as Managing Director of Guardforce Cash Solutions Security (Thailand) Limited, overseeing the company’s secured logistics operations in Thailand, including cash-in-transit services, ATM management, and centralized cash processing. Mr. Chu has more than 30 years of experience in international logistics and cash logistics, including over two decades in management roles. Prior to joining Guardforce, he held senior positions at Brink’s Hong Kong Limited and earlier worked with Kerry Logistics and FedEx Pacific across Hong Kong, China, and Thailand. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Thai.
LIN JIA
Head of Research and Development
Mr. Lin Jia previously served as President of Guardforce AI from August 2022 to April 2025 and currently leads the Company’s research and development initiatives, focusing on advancing innovation and technology-driven growth. Mr. Jia has extensive experience in robotics and intelligent systems. Prior to joining Guardforce AI, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Shenzhen Intelligent Guardforce Robot Co., Ltd., where he led a team of more than 300 R&D engineers developing Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Shenzhen Kewei Robot Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Zhongzhi Kechuang Robot Co., Ltd.
Mr. Jia holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Harbin Institute of Technology.
